Shovit has been practicing architecture, hospital planning, green building & project management since year 2002. He has been working as a Head of Projects for a variety of residential, institutional, commercial, hospitality, urban redevelopment projects, and especially planning and execution of cost-effective hospitals & affordable housing projects from year 2010 onwards. His field of capabilities includes project planning and design, government regulations and sanctions, donor management, project operation and coordination, tender and project management, monitoring projects, people management and workforce coordination.
As Head for Infrastructure Development at Emmanuel Hospital Association, India, Shovit was responsible for implementing infrastructure goals for the expansion of Rural & Peri-urban hospitals, nursing institutions and affordable housing. Formerly, as Senior Architect & Head of Projects at USCPL (Max India group), Shovit was responsible for project planning & coordination for for an 26 acre Malsi Estate Hotel (known as Vana Malsi) & Max Super SpecialityHospital in Dehradun.

Abhijit has been practicing civil, structural & MEPF engineering since year 2001. He has been working as a Principal Consultant for a variety of residential, institutional, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and industrial projects.
His field of capabilities includes engineering design and services planning, government regulations and sanctions, project coordination, tender and construction management, technical monitoring and medical engineering.
As Engineering Consultant for EHA hospitals (NPO) at various locations- Tezpur, Silchar, Satbarwa & Champa, Abhijit was responsible for structural design, MEPF planning, tender documentations, construction drawings and project monitoring. Also, as Consulting Engineer at Nazerath Hospital- Shillong, Abhijit is responsible for structural & mepf engineering for MOT Complex.

Abhijeet is professionally trained from Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati, has practiced clinical medicine in Central Govt. Hospitals since 2001 and has been working as a Public Health professional, with many charitable hospitals since year 2004. He is an innovative and analytical thinker, likes to translate concepts into visual, designs and practical application. He is systematic and effective organiser of workshops and trainings for hospital’s health systems and disaster management.
Abhijeet’s field of capabilities include training and implementation. He has been training hospitals in several areas like NABH implementation, Disaster Management, Public Health Project implementation. He has developed and managed several public health projects in the areas of TB, Malaria, HIV/AIDS and QMS. His passion is to make hospitals a model standard for providing safe healthcare.
